Handling & Care

Original oil painting comes wrapped in wax paper & bubble wrap along with corner protectors then placed into a large thick box surrounding the art with shipping peanuts to ensure safe delivery. The artwork is packaged by the artist himself for customer trusted integrity in the artwork being treated with care from the sell to its arrival. 

Even though artwork is sprayed with a thin layer of acrylic coating that protects against harmful UV light rays, moisture, and smudging; please refrain from excessive touching (due to oils from hands & skin), and keep out of direct sunlight to ensure longevity, avoid deterioration and preserve its color. This piece comes without framing and is semi-fragile so please be careful when unpacking artwork from shipping materials. Always hold the painting from both vertical sides. Do not hold the painting by the top of the frame or the hanging wire. Due to the size, if the hanging hooks are not driven in the wall studs, you may want to use a bracket under the piece for support. Also be aware of what you maybe wearing or where you place or lean the art when handling it to avoid scratching or piercing. Keep temperature consistent and out of high humidity rooms to avoid molding over time. Dust your painting regularly to avoid a build-up of dust. Use a clean soft artist brush or a soft brush of some kind as this painting is thickly textured. So be gentle with any cleaning as the lumps of paint may get caught on clothes and get torn off the painting.
